Emiliana Maria Grando holds a degree in Nursing from the State University of Londrina (UEL). She completed postgraduate studies in Public Health at São Camilo University, in Family Health at the University of São Paulo, and in Nursing Education at Nove de Julho University. She earned a Master's degree in Public Health from the Instituto de Saúde-SP. She is fluent in English and has knowledge of the EVIPNet (Evidence-Informed Policy Network) methodology. She has 10 years of experience in public health, having worked as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner and as a manager of a Basic Health Unit. She served as Municipal Health Secretary in the municipality of Jumirim and as a Nurse and Nursing Manager in Home Care in England. She has also taught technical-level nursing, served as a Nursing Preceptor at the technical and undergraduate levels, and taught at the postgraduate level. He has published scientific articles and produced teaching materials for distance learning courses.
