We have 3 levels of staging.
Level 1 - basic staging (shows how a queen size bed fits in the room; basic bedding, no headboards used, etc. - Teresa Vu offers this level service for free)
Level 2 - full staging of main rooms using contemporary furniture, brand new bedding, curtain rods, curtains, accent lights, accent chairs; Teresa Vu may require a deposit for this service.)
Level 3 - luxury staging and full consultation with the client (will rent luxury furniture, paintings, large mirrors, beautiful accessories and so on); will require a fully signed staging agreement and at least 50% deposit.
