The Mongol Derby
The world's longest, toughest horse race. 1000km on 25 semi wild Mongolian horses. Only the riders travel 100km each horse is only ever ridden once and for less than 40km. A team of around 500 people come together each year to stage the race. It involves nearly 1,500 horses and just 40 odd riders.
