Philips Dreamstation 2 - There's Something "Fishy" Going On!

They failed big time and will continue to fail unless they update their outdated systems and reporting infrastructure. Smells like fish to me!
I exported the Philips Respironics reports from FDA MAUDE database. I imported the file into ChatGPT4, and it was able to summarize, organise and identify the fire risk and export a detailed list of events. I did this in about 10 minutes.
