For the last three years, I've been going to the gym twice a week. And every time, resistance rises up from within. Every time, the mind throws up sly doubts. "Maybe not today?" Maybe it will work, and we won't go this time.
If I automatically followed these doubts, there would be no gym in my life. Doubts disappear when you clarify them.
All I do these days is turn on my intuition. That is, I focus on the cloud of thoughts, and begin to clarify what I really want. The cloud dissipates, and two tunnels of reality clearly emerge in my mind:
1. a life where I go to the gym
2. a life where I don’t do it anymore
(Above the two tunnels is the inscription: “choice of destiny.”)
When doubts crystallize into clear options, the choice becomes more obvious. And here I ask myself: what kind of life do I want?
Yes, this is such a serious question. This is a choice of destiny. But it pretends to be innocent. As if skipping the gym is just a small weakness for one time.
When I understand that skipping the gym is a transition to another life, I realize how big and unpleasant a choice this is. And then the resistance goes away. No doubts, no self-violence.
It is impossible to decide to go to the gym once and for all. Each time this choice must be made, the word for the first time. To go to the gym again means to choose a life where I do it.
(End of the first large slide)
Strong will is simply a clear awareness of your desire. You see that this is what you really want. Therefore, it is vitally important to understand what you really want. Only in this way will you be able to achieve it. And if necessary, you will move mountains for this! The more clearly you realize your own desire, the faster you move towards your dream.
