What had changed at this location is that they removed Pizzacam, sadly the restoration was not enough. There were other problems with him such as the tolomatic cylinder was broken and too expensive to replace.
Moon and Building tolomatic cylinders were leaking as well, so they were turned off and held upright so they are visible at all times.
