WARNING : When you climb all the way to the TOP - There is a high chance the sniper scav has spawned up there as well, he will usually have a SKS or an AK, so be prepared to engage him.

I have Max Strength but to show you that you do not need Max Strength I used a Fort Armor and other gear, that made my characters Jump Height lower. You do need a bit of Strength so if you cannot get up there then give it some time once you level up,
