Microsoft Access A to Z: Summary queries (also known as aggregate calculations)
This short video demonstrates how to create summary queries which calculate subtotals on groups of records. It shows how to use the Totals button to add the Total row to the Query Design grid where aggregate functions such as Sum and Count are used to define aggregate calculations.
