This was a fun one and new topic. We hopefully all agree on the power of video in promoting your real estate business. Persiscope.tv https://www.periscope.tv/ was created to get you the feeling of teleporting to a location anywhere in the world and even the moon... Well anywhere where a human with a periscope.tv account exists. The requirement to use Periscope.tv is a smart phone (Android or iphone) and the periscope app loaded on the phone. You can pop in on others live broadcasts or start your own.
Real estate marketing ideas with Periscope.tv
1. Do a live recording of your open house
2. Do a live recording of your new listing or to show a prospective buyer what the listing looks like.
3. Do a live neighborhood tour.
4. What ideas can you think of and share?
If you live in a destination real estate market like Myrtle Beach SC this is especially helpful because the majority of buyers come from out of town. We think this is a great way to sift through properties and narrow the search for them before they come into town. I have seen buyers buy just from a video and pictures maybe you can start closing the deal this way as well.
