RECIPE
1. For sugar syrup, take 1 cup of sugar and 1.5 cup of water.
2. Add 1/2 tbsp elaichi powder ,saffron and add food color as well.
3. Cook for 10 -12 minutes in medium flame 🔥
4. For jalebi batter, in a bowl take one bowl of maida, 2 tbsp of ghee and one eno powder.
5. Mix together by adding water and make a lump free batter.and keep the batter for 5-10 minutes rest
6. Pour the batter in a bottle and make any shape of jalebi in hot oil.
7. Add the cooked jalebi in sugar syrup for 2 -3 minutes.
8. the instant crispy jalebi recipe is ready .Enjoy 😉
