OBS 29 friendly, free version of my dynamic lighting tutorial! No StreamFX necessary~ Let's add some pretty lights to our models!! This method is good if you need your alpha transparency preserved OR need a dimmer version.

⇢ If you lower your games blur opacity too low, it will not allow enough light/color into your scene
⇢ Unfortunately the LUT cannot recover lost light due to the inherent nature of a multiply layer effect
