Starfield - Stutter fix - Possible fix for issue in Well, Cydonia, Neon, and other areas!

All the appreciation and respect for the modders who work to improve the games we love. This is just a quick little video to maybe help some people who have the issue with stutters/hitching in the Starfield. Generally happens in high density areas. This may work for you, it may not. It has for me, hence the video. Links below for the mod:

You will need to go to the StarfieldEngineFixesCustom.ini - once you have located that file, you need to find the following text
bEngineLoadOptimizer=0
CHANGE the 0 to 1
should now look like:
bEngineLoadOptimizer=1
save the file..
