The ECA Stack, a fat burner, is ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. The ephedrine component is banned and controlled as an ingredient in other medications. While this stack has been used for years, it comes with possible side effects: serious heart issues and anxiety, in some cases even psychotic episodes. In this video I discuss how ECA works, the interesting role aspirin plays, and the mechanism of action for these side effects.
