Greetings, dear friends! My name is Larisa.
I've lived my entire life in the Urals, in the city of Nizhny Tagil. On April 7, 2019, my elderly mother (78) and I moved to Tlyustenkhabl, Adygea. I wanted to live by the sea, so on June 1, 2020, we moved to Yeysk. I should also mention that many years ago, I was incredibly overweight – 140 kg. I lost over 50 kg on my own, and then turned to Dr. Gavrilov's nutrition center in Nizhny Tagil. I completed a course in proper nutrition. On my channel (the first video was released on December 15, 2020), I share my experience of moving and show you around Yeysk.
