iPhone X No Baseband / No Service IMEI Repair
iPhone X with no Baseband / Network error indicated by No IMEI shown when pressing (i) info and unable to activate.
Repair:
Separate boards
Inspect for broken pads along edge (non found)
Check for shorts around Baseband ic (non found)
Possibly poor connections between boards
Clean old solder and reball
Reconnect boards
*Since phone was restored during faulty condition, another restore must be done so Baseband can accept data and work properly*
IMEI shows up again. Phone can now be activated
