🎯 Design logo for Medium level
In today's Photoshop tutorial, I'll show you how to create a vibrant visual effect by adding dripping to your photo. This popular art style often combines simple shapes or text for neon lights lit up with bright colors. I'll explain how to use Photoshop to draw a custom shape and give it a vibrant glow using Photoshop's Layer Style options, then we'll use a clever technique to apply a colorful background to the original photo. It is lit by a new light source. As a finishing touch, we'll also add some smoke and particle effects to create a neat cyberpunk artwork with a futuristic steamwave style.
The main goal of these videos is to inspire you within a short time. This way you can use certain elements yourself and incorporate them into your own graphic designs.
I use tools such as the pen tool, shape builder tool, curvature and width tool to create this illustration. Ill show you how I draw the outline, add the base colours and finish it off by adding some simple shadows and highlights.
This tutorial is perfect if you are a beginner with some basic illustrator skills and for more advanced graphic designers looking to learn something new and develop their skills.
