Laura is an independent Nurse and Sleep Consultant living in Yorkshire. She is a late-identified Autistic, PDA, and ADHDer, as well as a parent of Neurodivergent children. Her work focuses on supporting the Neurodivergent community through an uplifting, mental health–centered approach.
Laura supports individuals, families, caregivers, charities, and organisations through consultations, training, speaking engagements, and collaborations, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
