FIXING THE STUTTERING FOR SPIDER-MAN: WEB OF SHADOWS ON PC!

It didn't make the game run "perfectly" smooth but it ran a LOT better.
-All you have to do is change the priority of the game so that the CPU devotes more time to it. Since this is a shoddy console port it probably has something to do with the fact that consoles devote their entire priority to running whatever games as opposed to the PC which multi tasks a bunch of stuff at once.
-To do this you must go into Task manager(ctrl-alt-del) and right click the Spiderman Web of Shadows.exe process and click "Set Priority" to "high".
-You can mess around with it and try "Above Normal" or "Real Time" but high seems to work best for me.
