Hi Chefs I made this video for us to deeply understand Cecilia's ability and perks. As you can see my Cecilia is at maximum level(10). So I already unlock a set of perks for her ability since she's now in a level 10.

She's one of my favorite Chefs I love her ability it's really kind of annoying for others but for me it's kind a obstacle. But your opponents may counter your ability if they will stay close to each other.
Tip: Cecilia is best to use in wide maps like this where your opponents can't be able to stay close together as much as possible or the chopping boards are on both sides.
For me Cecilia also is best to tandem with King since both of their ability has a slowing effect.
