NetWorker : Error - Not found in media index
Hello and welcome back to crazyrov studio. Today we will look at one of the most common errors - not found in media index, the reason for this error and how to work around it.
You might have seen this error sometime in your networker server obviously not during your daily operation but may be a DR or device creation. Also, if you see this during daily operation then there is something really wrong.
The most common reason being that there is a tape label found but the volume info present is that label is not in the Networker’s media database.
