5 Winter Garden MUSTS! Let's Prepare
An arctic front is coming through this weekend. Here are five garden musts we need to get done before it hits!
1. While it is still warm, take down those Christmas wreaths, lights, and outdoor decorations.
2. Make sure your pots are draining well and not holding water … and unhook thise hoses!
3. Mulch trees, shrubs, containers…anything that might need added protection.
4. Move any potted plants indiors, or at least into your garage, if you want to protect them further.
5. Dont forget mulching your cool season veggies and edibles as well.
