Conservative MP Michael Cooper asked Special Rapporteur David Johnston why he came to a different conclusion than former Conservative leader Erin O'Toole after viewing CSIS intelligence on Chinese foreign interference. Johnston testified at the House of Commons committee on Procedure and House Affairs on June 6.
