Introducing Encrypted Comments for Jira

👇 HOW TO CONFIGURE PERMISSIONS 👇
1. Navigate to the Permissions page by clicking on 'Apps' then 'Manage your apps'.
2. Select 'Encrypted Comments' from the sidebar and click 'Permissions'.
3. By default, permissions are set as shown in our guide screenshot.
4. To edit, click 'Edit Permissions', add users or groups, and hit 'Save Changes'.

📋 PERMISSIONS DIALOG OPTIONS
Anyone: Allow any user to perform the action.
Groups: Restrict action to users within specified groups.
Users: Grant permission to individual users.
Note: Managing groups or user lists requires Browse Users Jira Permission.
🔒 ENCRYPTION PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
Encrypt: Authorized users can secure comments.
Decrypt: Users can decrypt comments they own or are selected for.
🔄 RESTORING DEFAULT PERMISSIONS
Go to the Templates Permissions page via 'Apps' - 'Manage your apps'.
Click 'Restore default' and confirm to revert to original settings.
🔍 SORTING AND FILTERING COMMENTS
Sort by newest or oldest.
Filter by text (unencrypted comments), date, or user.
Combine filters and sorting for optimal search results.
Clear all parameters with the 'Clear All' button.

Encrypting: Add a comment, click the 'lock' icon, select users, and encrypt.
Decrypting: Click 'Decrypt comment' to reveal the content for authorized users.
