David Huppert visits Piedmont Distillers, one of only four legally active distilleries in North Carolina.
Madison-based Piedmont Distillers specializes in producing small batch, hand-crafted, artisanal moonshine. The company partnered with Junior Johnson in 2007 and is now available in liquor stores, bars and restaurants in over 30 states.
