Well, this is an obvious tip but I have to say it, you must complete all the campaign missions, including the assassination missions given by Lester.
Hobbies and Pastimes:
Represent 10% of the possible 100%
• Go to the Striptease Club and watch a full dance.
• Complete all street races.
• Complete all sea races.
• Complete all off-road races.
• Complete all target shooting challenges in Ammu-nation with at least Bronze.
• Complete aviation school with at least Bronze in all lessons.
• Complete all skydiving missions.
• Win a game of Golf, Tennis, Darts and complete the 3 Triathlon events.
Strange and Crazy:
Represent 25% of the possible 100%
• Complete all towing missions with Tonya (Franklin Exclusive)
• Complete all paparazzo missions with Beverly (Franklin Exclusives)
• Complete all racing missions with Hao (Franklin Exclusive)
• Complete all of Barry's missions (Available for Franklin, Michael and Trevor)
• Complete all of Dom's extreme missions (Franklin Exclusive)
• Complete the mission to collect fragments from Abigail's submarine (Michael Exclusives)
• Complete all of Josh's missions (Trevor Exclusive)
• Complete all Watcher missions (Trevor Exclusive)
• Complete all of Marry-Ann's missions (Available to everyone)
• Complete all of Nigel's missions (Trevor Exclusive)
• Complete all Kills (Trevor Exclusive)
• Find and collect all 50 special ship fragments for Omega
• Find and collect all 50 Leonora Johnson letter fragments and complete the Dreyfuss quest
