WARNING hacker on Toontown called Frenzy ( information about him )
This is an informative video about the new (to me, maybe not to Toontown) hacker Frenzy. For all i know it is Frenzy, but i heard rumors it was Trap Cat. Based on my information i'm pretty sure its Frenzy i could be wrong though. Everywhere i saw the dancing toons i saw Frenzy. Most likely this will keep happening, lets hope not.
New news about Frenzy! He is also making toons that have their book open at all times!
