In this video we will go through a quick demonstration of the Magento 2 SalesForce CRM integration
First is Customer Sync
With Customer Sync, when a customer signs up on your site, the information will be sync into SalesForce CRM immediately.
For example, here we have Amada Denison creating her account.
These information you see here will be synchronized and you can find it in the Leads tab.
When customers make changes to their information, these changes will also be recorded into the CRM
Next is Customer Update
With our extension, you can update any customers information at will.
At your backend, navigate to Customer, then All Customer.
Find the account you want to update, then click on edit.
Now you can update the account information as you desired
At SalesForce CRM page, the updated account will be listed on Leads, Accounts, and Contracts.
With promotion sync
Any changes made in the Promotion section at your backend will be synchronized
for example creating a new rule!
These information will be stored under the Campaign tab at SalesForce
The same apply to all the Orders. Whenever an order is placed, or change their status,
Product sync and Update is similar to the customer sync and update!
Any information related to the Product such as creating a new product, changes or removing them will all be recorded into the Products tab
