This is why I do what I do.
I lost a friend that I didn't speak to for the last year of her life.
And I still have guilt to this day because of it.
So what that taught me...
Is now my "slogan."
✨ Be seen. Be heard. Be valued. ✨
Because you never know who needs to hear what you have to say.
It could literally save someone's life.
Instead, we often feel too cringy or awkward.
We find it "weird" to talk to strangers and tell them something kind.
Or genuinely ask how someone is doing. Not just the typical "good and you?" response.
We can get so caught up in our own life that we forget to look next to us and think about what that person is going through.
We need to bring back community, humanity, and kindness.
So that's how I move differently now.
Online and in real life.
Be the CHANGE you want to see in the world.
