Automating Purchase Order Entry using OCR and RPA for Oracle EBS
This demo video introduces a new integration that AuraPlayer has done with a smart OCR tool – ABBYY flexiCapture (https://www.abbyy.com/flexicapture/). This integration enables us to automatically read documents via OCR such as POs and then process them automatically into the Oracle EBS system.
The flow that I demo in the video starts with a PO sent as an email attachment (images wrapped in a pdf) to our system and ends up as a new sales order in the Oracle EBS system.
