Xpeng has chosen the 2024 Paris Motor Show for the European debut of its P7+, a car designed using artificial intelligence. The Chinese manufacturer's sedan was developed thanks to AI from every point of view: from the trim, to the powertrain, through the passenger compartment and the AI Hawkeye Visual Solution, a driving assistance system composed of a series of devices including cameras and radar. An evolution of the P7, the P7+ is full of technology, but also changes aesthetically, with new front light clusters and a receding tail, as well as some aerodynamic solutions. The P7+ also borrows from its sisters the G9 and G6 the 800 Volt SiC platform which guarantees a declared energy consumption of 11.6 kWh/100 km.
Xpeng’s innovations continue with XNGP full-scenario ADAS, a system that currently offers its Chinese customers unlimited routes and traffic information, providing seamless autonomous driving capabilities wherever navigation is possible. To make this advanced technology accessible across Europe and the world, Xpeng has successfully tested its Highway NGP in Germany, with global rollout of XNGP features planned for 2025. Additionally, Xpeng vehicles offer a highly personalized intelligent cockpit, where driving modes, dashboard themes and universal screen mirroring adapt to each user’s preferences.
