❖ Some thoughts (personal opinions only, please do not take everything seriously):
Pugging Thaemine experience is so bad, there is lobby simulator for hours, not only just support shortage but also people-that-can-reach-1630-and-willing-to-do-hard-mode shortage. Even if I put it on afk and do something else, this is still a very unpleasant experience. At this point, the waiting time is way longer than the actual raiding time.
TBH the developers (Smile Gate) should do a huge revamp of the entire game system (introduce season 3 maybe), not only just remove some unnecessary annoying RNG systems like stones, elixirs, transcendence etc (or at least add pity system to all of them).
Also, I would definitely go for the idea of reworking classes so that every class becomes DPS, therefore you will not need any specific "role" to complete a lobby. They probably do not have to rework the raids at all, in order to deal with undodgeable damage, put shield/heal/dmg buff on ctrl+a/s/d (or any key assignments), this bar can be filled much quicker than sidereal, and each party #1 player can use it (basically move the support identity skills here). Remove the yearning set, instead add something like "yearning's blessing": when 1/2/3/4 members in party are alive with full relic+ set, everyone in the party gets (3/5/8/12% atk and movement speed buffs, etc.)
These are things encountered recently and are just some rough ideas, may not be viable though. There are a whole lot of issues other than these, such as new player experience etc. For now, I will just slowly progress and see how it goes.
P.S. If Lost Ark does not look good anymore, I just have to wait until 2025 and hop on to MH Wild xdding
