This new feature is called Adjust Clips Feature Enhanced which you can edit your clips within TikTok without using another app like CapCut. These are the cool things you can do within the app
-Split videos
-Define sounds starting point
-Easily set duration of texts
-Overlay and many more advanced editing feature
If you don't have this feature just update your app, just wait as it's still testing on some users.
I would not expect this to roll out to everybody yet.
