Automatically Send Customer Service Tasks to Azure DevOps with Flow Designer
In this video I show that with a simple Flow in Flow Designer we can automatically route a Customer Case via a Customer Service Task to Azure DevOps upon group assignment. In addition to Flow Designer I end up modifying the Customer Service Task form for the CSM Configurable Workspace in order to make the Assignment Group field available! #servicenow #agile #ado #integrations #agiledevelopment #epic #story #development #customersupport
