YouTube's Copyright System Is Broken
I am far from the first person to notice this. @DeepHumor and many other creators have as well. This is just the first time I've experienced it myself. On Monday 18 May 2026, @yayoi-chi was hit with a Community Guideline Warning for using 3rd Party Content. Fine, except she had permission to use it! According to YouTube this is allowed, they have, however, rejected our appeal!
