🚨ATTENTION🚨Onlyfans just released a feature called “DRM Video Protection” which helps prevent content from being copied & downloaded. Here’s how to enable it on your OF profile…
First login to your Onlyfans page and go to your settings ⚙️
Next, select the third option down, which says “Privacy and Safety” 🔒
Finally, scroll down towards the bottom of the page & toggle on “Enable DRM Video Protection” 🟢
Some other insight regarding this new feature I’ve seen on my timeline regarding this new feature that is important to note 👇🏼
“1. The level of DRM Encryption they have implemented doesn’t support Android or PC devices which means Android users are still able to download and save your content. This means they can still screenshot and screen record your videos without any interference.
2. The level of encryption doesn’t support images by any means therefore they can still be saved and shared online.
3. Implementing this does not prevent a user from recording from another secondary device. Not ideal, but this will still happen.
4. From what I can see, the source code is still available and you can still retrieve that file without problems. If you have any basic understanding of computers then this is easily achieved.” - @ sach3tt on Twitter.

Currently it seems to not be available to every creator yet and doesn’t work for past content, Although this likely isn’t a “be all, end all” type of solution for piracy as it relates to OF creators. It definitely is a step in the right direction 🙌🏻
