Autodesk Fusion 360 Contact Set Testing.
This updated video again illustrates the use of Autodesk Fusion 360 Cad Animation Contact Sets for clearance testing of an upcoming project (it's getting close!). The model is moving as designed so there's no component clearance conflicts.
The model has been 3D printed and is currently under test. The motor used in this model is a 6VDC 500rpm gear motor with an unloaded current rating of .025ma. The 3D printed model operates at .024ma.
Designed using Autodesk Fusion 360, sliced using Cura 4.2, and printed in PLA on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended and an Ultimaker 3 Extended.
