REFERENCE POINTS :
Reference points are important helpers in PYTHA, which handle many tasks in modeling as well as in RadioLab. They are special points which are assigned to a part, but have no impact on its structure. They are no object points, but additional attributes. This means that these points do not need to be fixed in space. They are connected to the respective part and are carried along when part orders such as “Move” or “Copy” are applied. Four reference points can be assigned to each part, and the first of them is always displayed in pink, the second one in green, the third one in yellow and the fourth one in blue. As the reference points are no object points, an own
menu for editing them is offered in the attributes menu.
PARAMETRICS:
This function is very important for working on library elements. Any PYTHA constructions can be dimensioned,
afterwards, the required dimensions are labeled as variable and adjusted to in company-specific standards.
As soon as the parts are loaded into a new project, PYTHA automatically checks the dimensions, suggests the
dimensions that were put in and allows to type in special values. As you can design as many parametrics as
necessary, you can create your own generator, which adapts to your personal preferences, in a very short time.
For example, parts can change their size, fit niches automatically, floor mats rearrange or parts are created in
a specific ceiling height automatically.
