I am so very happy today, simply because I baked a bread. I have sowed the wheat myself, harvested it, milled it by hand, baked the bread in my woodstove with birchwood I have felled, cut, split and dried myself..that is a profound feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction, and pure happiness.
