Well, you shouldn't be, because this topic is very easy. Today, in just over a minute, we'll cover the passive voice, expressing modality without a modal verb. ⠀
⭐️ To say "can" or "must" in German without using the active voice (man muss, man kann), we only need to know four structures that function as passive voice:

1️⃣ Lassen + sich + Infinitive:

⁃ Es lässt sich noch sagen - you can also say
⁃ Das kleid lässt sich kaufen - a dress needs/can be bought

2️⃣ Sein + zu + Infinitive:

⁃ Das kleid ist zu kaufen - a dress needs to be bought
⁃ Das licht ist auszuschalten - the light needs to be turned off

3️⃣ Bleiben + zu + Infinitive:

⁃ There's still a lot to say - there's still a lot to say
⁃ The dress is still a dress - there's still a lot to buy (the dress needs to be bought)
