FranConnect continuously strives to provide best-in-class services and support to its clients.., and in this week’s 2 Minute Tuesday, we’re excited to introduce you to the new Support Center.

For those of you who are new to the Support Center, it’s a great resource that’s packed with mini-tutorials, user guides, and other training content like videos.

To access the Support Center simply hover over the Help link in the top right corner of your system and click on Support.
If you’re using our latest state-of-the art platform simply click on your name and select: “Help”

Once you’re in you’ll see 4 tabs:

Dashboard..
FAQS and User Guides..
Create Support Request..
and Videos.

The FAQs and User Guides tab is packed with mini-tutorials on frequently asked questions, as well as comprehensive user guides. They’re broken down by module and by version.

Need to find out what version you’re on? Simple hover over the HelpAbout link in your system, and on the latest version click your name and hover over “About”
Two of the most popular quick start guides are the Franchise Sales email campaign tutorial, and the Intranet Library tutorial.

One popular User Guide is for PerformanceWise; it explains how to set up and customize your inspection form, as well as how to install and use the iPad and Android apps.
Here is an FAQ document on the Financials module, that details how to automate everything from sales data collection from POS, to invoicing and collection of royalty and fee calculations. It even walks you through the different financial reports and dashboards available to you.

One popular User Guide is for PerformanceWise; it explains how to set up and customize your inspection form, as well as how to install and use the iPad and Android apps.

There are even whitepapers such as this one on Zcubator and local marketing.

For any day to day functionality questions or issues that pop up please send an email to [email protected], or click on “Create Support Request”..,

Either action will immediately create a ticket for your request, send you an acknowledgement email, and initiate an answer to your question or resolution of your problem.
Note that your day to day Client Success Managers will remain your main points of contact who will continue to be responsible for Strategic management of the overall account, Conducting periodic system reviews and providing system success tips, and acting as your key liaison into all things FranConnect.

The Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of newly uploaded videos and documents. You may enroll yourself or a colleague in the 2 Minute Tuesday Videos by clicking on the banner across the top.

The tab named 2 Minute Tuesday Videos contains all our mini-training videos. Simply select the module or topic you’re interested in and the course you want to learn about. Each week a new video will be sent to you, and also uploaded to this tab. We suggest accessing the Support Center periodically since we create training content from both corporate and franchisee user perspectives. Our training materials are intended to keep you up-to-date with our evolving franchise technology solutions to enable you to better support your community.
