I can help you out with computer upgrades, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, malware, etc. For example, setting up a wireless router, upgrading your old hard drive to a new SSD, installing more RAM, how to do something in Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Apple MacOS, etc. I am an IT with 20 years of experience and I love all kinds of technology. I studied at St. John's University with a major in Computer Security Systems - Cyber Forensics and I'm also CompTIA A+ Certified.
