How to propagate strawberries from runners. Strawberry plants are easy to look after and can be grown in a wide variety of soils, this makes them a great choice for the home fruit and vegetable garden. Once grown, a plant will produce fruit for a few years and should then be replaced as the yields will start to decrease. The best method for propagation is from runners, it's also the quickest and easiest.
