It came to light that a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos Bus in DaVinci resolve uses panning metadata (especially for Size and Rotation) that isn't replicated in a 7.1.4 format bus, only a 7.1.2 bed bus. If you try to duplicate the Dolby bus in order that you can create e.g. a binaural monitoring bus you are not going to apply binaural processing to the 7.1.4 audio. Why is this important? Because there's no binaural monitoring mode in DaVinci Resolve and if you can't get a duplicate 7.1.4 of the Dolby atmos Renderer bus, you are not applying binaural rendering to the same 7.1.4 source audio.
