Blue Heart Waltz 2023 Sequence Dance Walkthrough

The initial version was created and taught by ourselves (Shannah and Phil) during the early stages of the 2020 global lockdown and was designed to fit in a small space. It was based on American Style figures to offer something a little different to the usual 'sequence' audience. We asked our online viewers to suggest an appropriate name and 'Blue Heart Waltz' was chosen - it was dedicated to the NHS workers who risked their lives at such a uncertain time.
3 years later and we have been asked many times to adapt it for the larger floor. So here is the 2023 version of the Blue Heart Waltz, which retains the original American style and beautiful 'Mandulinata' music, but with a little added choreography to give progression around the room.
