Introducing the Nickolaus Ridge by Tiny Mountain Houses
Take a tour of our brand new 26' long tiny house on wheels. This is an extended height build that adds 3" over our standard interior height and has a useable square footage of just over 370 square feet. This home features an open floor plan with lofts at each end of the home. Upon entering the home the large custom-built ribbon staircase greets you and makes loft access much easier than a standard ladder. The interior of this home features white beadboard walls and blue-green custom cabinets. A custom dark butcher block snack bar adds functionality and counter space to the kitchen area. The kitchen is very similar to our Mt Bachelor model with a relocation of the sink and appliances to change the layout slightly. This home has been crafted with dual pane windows, a tankless water heater, a mini-split heating, and cooling unit, stainless steel appliances, an apron sink with a commercial-style spring faucet, and much more!
