This video is an edited version of videos taken by Saudi customers when installing the machine, which was used to communicate with our engineers on the Internet. In other words, our machines are so easy to operate that customers can complete the process from installation to production without our engineers' on-site teaching.
The machine can inline with your slitting and die cutting machine( • automatic 4 spindles turret rewinder inlin... ), printing machine( • automatic 4 shafts turret rewinder inline ... ), or other suitable machines(packaging machine: • Deguan 4 spindles turret rewinding machine... ).
And we could add a separate hydraulic unwinding and slitting unit on the turret rewinder machine. For the synchronization with other machines, we have an inline encoder from Megawa, japan to ensure it.
Machine Feature
1.Machine uses a bosch Rexroth(Germany) servo motor and system, accurate positioning.
2.Italy RE tension detection makes online tension without any problems.
3.No need to adjust the knife for cutting materials when changing different rewinding shaft.
4.The rewinding effect is very good, very flat, and neat.
