In every annual academic year, we will be upcoming with various events during college fests & technical occasions. These technical events benefit the students a lot with knowledge& fill new enthusiasm into them. But, the work involved in organizing these technical events is very complicated. An event takes shape only after the huge efforts of the organizer and co-coordinators' of the event. They have to handle every single task from the planning of the event, creating a page, managing the registrations and updating the attendee singularly about the event progress. Attendees have to go to the website, if they are willing to attend the event they have to visit the hosting college and register for the event& there is no proper communication between the event organizers and attendees.
