CircuitPython School - Mosquitto MQTT broker on a Raspberry Pi w/Python client to power a robot

We set up a Mosquitto MQTT broker, configure it for anonymous access, and add a CircuitPython-based paho-mqtt subscriber client to receive inbound messages.
