I cover real reasons, simple calculations, and practical recommendations—no fluff or myths.
This video provides a short and practical breakdown: when sulfation begins, at what voltages accelerated degradation begins, and I give an example of a real system: a 3 kW hybrid inverter, 1200 W panels, a pair of 12 V batteries in series—and what happens during long outages.
The bottom line is simple: if you regularly experience long outages, consider LiFePO4 batteries with a built-in BMS. They're more expensive initially, but more cost-effective overall in our environment.
