I am pleased to share this video showing how to construct a reinforced concrete slab with suspended or deep beams, which was used in the San Joaquín Tower project, a 4-story residential building: three levels of apartments with 6 units each, a semi-basement level with parking, and a commercial space.
The tasks involved in this stage of construction range from the formwork and casting of columns, formwork for the slab and beams; assembly of reusable formwork panels or coffers; reinforcement of beams and slabs; installation of utilities; and finally, the pouring of the 210 kg/cm² concrete mix, which includes a 15-day setting accelerator and waterproofing additive.
